Art Exhibits
The Reception Gallery showcases a variety of art from local and regional artists. Admission is FREE and exhibits change on a regular basis—see below for information on our latest exhibit. Selected pieces will be available for purchase.
The Reception Gallery is located on the 2nd floor of the Hilt Building within the Frauenthal Center and is open Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM with extended hours on show nights.

February 2023 - Franciscan Artists
The Franciscan Artists will bring a variety of artworks in different mediums and styles.
March 2023 - Muskegon Showcase
The Muskegon Showcase brings students' work in the Muskegon area to the Reception Gallery.

Frauenthal Presenting Series
The Presenting Series at the Frauenthal delivers an exceptional performance experience with shows among the best in live music, dance, comedy, and theater. The Frauenthal's 2022 - 2023 Presenting Series features productions that reflect our mission to engage the region through a diverse range of arts and entertainment. We will see you at the theater!
Free Family Movie Days
Join us for a family-friendly entertainment series featuring 9 FREE family movies inside the Frauenthal Theater, once a month from September 2022 through May 2023.
No tickets are required.
All movies begin at 3:00 PM with the doors opening at 2:15 PM.
Alley Door Club Music Series
Join us for another season of live music, dancing, and a full cash bar! Doors open at 6:00 PM. Bands play 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Get $1 off drinks during Happy Hour from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
Tickets: $13 Single Ticket / $77 Reserved Table of 4 / $154 Reserved Table of 8.
Box Office
Daytime Box Office hours are Tuesday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On performance days, the box office opens two hours prior to show time and remains open 30 minutes after curtain. You may also purchase tickets online at etix.com.
